We’re known for great architectural signage—but that’s just the beginning. We build all the signs you’d expect, plus one-of-a-kind pieces that don’t fit the usual categories. When designers and architects have an idea and don’t know who to call, they call us. We just like building cool stuff!
Like this hanging art project we built for Adobe’s 18-story tower in San Jose through our partner California Custom Tinting. The architect wanted translucent acrylic panels to be suspended by cables and attachments that would be as invisible as possible. When stock hardware was not small enough for them, we created our own miniature hangers using 3/16” aluminum rod that was glued into the edges of the 1/4” acrylic, then secured to ultra-thin cable using tiny set screws, all assembled by hand. The results were unique and stunning.
Or how about this distinctive lobby wall sign we created for San Francisco Flower Mart? The designer wanted it to be fabricated using a “textured, organic material,” so we came up with the idea of using corn broom bristles. Our team dismantled over 200 whisk brooms, bundled and cut them to precise length, then packed them into custom made channel bases filled with resin—bringing texture and character to the space in a way no conventional material could.
Need it? We probably do it.

We get many of requests for things we’ve never done before (and likely no one else has either), and that’s the kind of challenge we love to tackle. Building Signs
Logos, graphics, and lettering that market your brand to the outside world on your walls, windows and doors. We fabricate custom exterior signs and graphics in all shapes and sizes using the best materials available for long-term durability. Wall signs may be unlit, face lit, halo lit, or face and halo lit, and can be mounted in a variety of ways for a clean and professional appearance.
Lobby Signs
Dimensional logos that set the tone for your entire interior space. Precision fabricated from a wide variety of materials to our exacting standards, our lobby signs will pass the most critical inspection. And we hate visible fasteners so you’ll never see one (unless you want to, of course). Like building signs, your lobby sign can be lit in a variety of ways.
Monument Signs
Built for visibility and made to last, our monument signs combine your branding and our craftsmanship into a great first impression for your customer. We can match materials, finishes, and scale to the site and surrounding structure, and can incorporate internal lighting in a wide array of possibilities.

Interior or exterior, a simple band or a complex pattern, we fabricate most film in-house, then team up with the Bay Area’s premier film installer, California Custom Tinting, to make sure it’s flawless.
Floor Graphics
Directional, decorative, or just plain fun—floor graphics help guide people and grab attention where they least expect it. We print and install durable graphics that work hard and wear well. We design floor graphics that do more than point the way—they add character, color, and function to the space under your feet.

We fabricate room and space ID signs that meet all ADA requirements—without sacrificing style. We know the code inside and out, and we’re always happy to assist architects or designers with any questions they might have. From tactile lettering and Braille to proper contrast and spacing, we handle every detail to make your signage compliant, functional, and great-looking.
Fire and Life Safety
Code-compliant signs that do exactly what they’re supposed to—clearly communicate essential info when it matters most. We handle everything from exit path, stair ID signs and evacuation maps to fire extinguisher signs and emergency instructions, all fabricated to meet code and look clean.
Temporary Code Signs
Inspections coming up and signs still missing? We stock a range of basic, code-compliant signs—like exit path, restrooms, and fire safety—to get you through a Certificate of Occupancy. We also provide temporary evac maps and can fast-track custom signs when time’s tight. Call us in a pinch. We’ve saved more than a few general contractors from last-minute disaster!
Faux LED Neon
All the glow, none of the hassle. Real neon is beautiful—but not always practical. Our custom-built LED neon-style signs mimic the look of traditional neon—without the safety concerns, fragility, or maintenance issues. They’re fully customizable in size, shape, and layout, and built to last, perfect for when real neon isn’t the right fit.

These are the jobs that don’t come with instructions. We partner with designers and architects to create pieces that are part sign, part sculpture, and all custom. We love building unique, one-off pieces that push boundaries—and sometimes definitions. You imagine it, and we’ll figure it out—and we’ll do it within your budget.

Working with an architect or design team? Great. Don’t have one? No problem. We’re happy to fill that role. Whether you need full design services or help translating an idea into something buildable, we’ll take it from concept to shop drawings to permits to completion. We’ll help you shape the concept and see it through—all under one roof.
Sign Permits / Engineering
No one dreams of chasing sign permits—but lucky for you, we’ve gotten pretty good at it.
We handle permitting and engineering so you don’t have to, covering all Bay Area cities and partnering with a sign-savvy engineer who delivers quick, affordable calculations. It’s not glamorous, but someone’s got to do it (and aren’t you glad it won’t be you?).
Service, Maintenance & Installation
We service most non-neon electrical signs (even the ones we didn’t make), convert old lighting to LED, and repair or replace damaged signs or letters. We also install signage or art pieces you’ve sourced elsewhere—because hey, not everything has to come from us. If it needs fixing, upgrading, or installation, we’re your team!
